1、Prepare and check various daily and monthly records and reports, and other reports as required.

2、Support hotel or department programs and activities.

3、Supervises and guides Front Desk Captain and Agent to ensure that hotel’s policies and procedure are adhered to.
監督指導前臺領班及接待員的工作,以保證所有酒店的規章制度能正常進行。
4、To ensure all front desk staff adhere to the Hotel rules and regulation.
確保所有的前臺員工能遵守酒店的規章制度。
5、Prepares detailed induction programs for new staff.
為新員工做詳細的工作計劃。
6、Implement the training plan, attend or conduct the training according to the plan.
執行培訓計劃,根據計劃參加或主持相關培訓。
7、Regularly communicates with staff and maintains good relations. Establishes and maintains effective employee relations.
定期與員工交流,建立和保持良好的員工關系。

專業技術責任
1、Effective communication skills in both Chinese & English.
有效的中英文溝通能力。
2、Strong guest interaction and interpersonal skill.
良好的對客服務和溝通技巧。
3、Be expert of Opera .
熟練操作Opera。
4、Be expert of Office Software.
熟練操作辦公軟件。
5、Experience in the FD Agent position for over 2 year will be preferred.
具有在前廳部至少超過2年的前臺接待職位工作。
