1、Receive all incoming calls in a courteous and friendly manner, responsible for accurate connection
禮貌和友好地接聽所有的來電, 并負(fù)責(zé)準(zhǔn)確的接轉(zhuǎn)。
2、Answer guest’s inquires over the phone or connect caller to relevant department
回答客人的電話詢問或者將電話接轉(zhuǎn)至有關(guān)部門。
3、Responsible for placing of guests’ wake-up calls accurately and timely, using guest name。
負(fù)責(zé)準(zhǔn)確及時的為客人提供叫醒服務(wù),稱呼客人姓名。
4、To assist in guests when requested
幫助解決客人的咨詢
5、To update telephone guides in the hotel computer system
及時更新電話信息,并將信息輸入Opera系統(tǒng)。
6、Have thorough knowledge of hotel facilities and hours of operation, to ensure correct response to guests` questions
充分了解酒店設(shè)施和營業(yè)時間, 確保正確回答客人的問題。
7、To take and forward messages accurately and in a timely manner
準(zhǔn)確寫下留言并及時的跟進(jìn)解決。
8、Handle “Personal Guest Service”promptly and follow up that all requests have been responded to the
Guest’s full satisfaction
迅速處理“ 賓客服務(wù)”并跟蹤確?腿送耆珴M意。

專業(yè)技術(shù)責(zé)任
1、Effective communication skills in both Chinese & English.
有效的中英文溝通能力。
2、Have good command of Word & Excel.
熟悉 Word 和 Excel 操作。
