2、Support hotel or department programs and activities.
參加部門活動(dòng),支持酒店各類項(xiàng)目及活動(dòng)。
3、Supervises and guides Front Desk Captain and Agent to ensure that hotel’s policies and procedure are adhered to.
監(jiān)督指導(dǎo)前臺(tái)領(lǐng)班及接待員的工作,以保證所有酒店的規(guī)章制度能正常進(jìn)行。
4、To ensure all front desk staff adhere to the Hotel rules and regulation.
確保所有的前臺(tái)員工能遵守酒店的規(guī)章制度。
5、Prepares detailed induction programs for new staff.
為新員工做詳細(xì)的工作計(jì)劃。
6、Implement the training plan, attend or conduct the training according to the plan.
執(zhí)行培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃,根據(jù)計(jì)劃參加或主持相關(guān)培訓(xùn)。
7、Regularly communicates with staff and maintains good relations. Establishes and maintains effective employee relations.
定期與員工交流,建立和保持良好的員工關(guān)系。

1、Effective communication skills in both Chinese & English.

3、Be expert of Opera .
熟練操作Opera。
4、Be expert of Office Software.
熟練操作辦公軟件。
5、Experience in the FD Agent position for over 2 year will be preferred.
具有在前廳部至少超過2年的前臺(tái)接待職位工作。
