Job Responsibilities 崗位職責(zé):
1. Market Research & Analysis 市場(chǎng)調(diào)研與分析:
Conduct in-depth research on cable industry trends, competition,customer demands in target markets; formulate localized strategies.深入調(diào)研目標(biāo)國(guó)家電纜行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)格局及客戶需求，制定本土化市場(chǎng)策略。
2. Client Development & Maintenance 客戶開發(fā)與維護(hù):
Establish partnerships with local distributors, agents,end-users; achieve sales targets.開發(fā)當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)銷商、代理商及終端客戶資源，達(dá)成銷售目標(biāo)。
3. Sales Execution 銷售執(zhí)行:
Implement annual/quarterly sales plansensure KPIs are met.
制定并執(zhí)行銷售計(jì)劃，確保完成業(yè)績(jī)指標(biāo)。
4. BrPromotion 品牌推廣:
Organize exhibitions, technical seminars,marketing campaigns to enhance brawareness.策劃行業(yè)展會(huì)、技術(shù)交流會(huì)等活動(dòng)，提升品牌知名度。
5. Cross-functional Collaboration 跨部門協(xié)作:
Coordinate with product, technical,logistics teams to deliver customer solutions.協(xié)同產(chǎn)品、技術(shù)及物流團(tuán)隊(duì)，高效滿足客戶需求。
Qualifications 任職要求:
1. Education & Experience 學(xué)歷與經(jīng)驗(yàn):
Bachelor’s degreeabove in Marketing, International Trade, Electrical Engineering,related fields.本科及以上學(xué)歷，市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、國(guó)際貿(mào)易、電氣工程等相關(guān)專業(yè)。
2. Language Skills 語(yǔ)言能力:
Fluent in English (working proficiency; IELTS/TOEFLinterview test required).英語(yǔ)流利（需提供語(yǔ)言成績(jī)或通過面試測(cè)試）。
Proficiency in MalayArabic is a plus (basic communication skills verified via interview).掌握馬來語(yǔ)或沙特語(yǔ)者優(yōu)先（需通過面試測(cè)試）。
3. Professional Skills 專業(yè)技能:
Familiar with international trade processes (L/C, logistics, customs)contract negotiation.熟悉國(guó)際貿(mào)易流程（信用證、物流、關(guān)稅）及合同談判。
Knowledge of local regulations (e.g., SASO in Saudi, SIRIM in Malaysia).了解目標(biāo)國(guó)家行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與認(rèn)證（如沙特SASO、馬來西亞SIRIM）。
4. Soft Skills 軟性素質(zhì):
Adaptability to long-term overseas assignmentsfrequent travel.適應(yīng)長(zhǎng)期駐外及高頻跨國(guó)出差。
Strong cross-cultural communicationproblem-solving skills.優(yōu) 秀的跨文化溝通能力與抗壓能力。
Compensation & Benefits 薪酬福利:
薪資: 底薪+提成+獎(jiǎng)金（具體面議，優(yōu)于行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)）。
