Job Responsibilities 崗位職責:
1. Market Research & Analysis 市場調研與分析:
Conduct in-depth research on cable industry trends, competition,customer demands in target markets; formulate localized strategies.深入調研目標國家電纜行業現狀、競爭格局及客戶需求,制定本土化市場策略。
2. Client Development & Maintenance 客戶開發與維護:
Establish partnerships with local distributors, agents,end-users; achieve sales targets.開發當地經銷商、代理商及終端客戶資源,達成銷售目標。
3. Sales Execution 銷售執行:
Implement annual/quarterly sales plansensure KPIs are met.
制定并執行銷售計劃,確保完成業績指標。
4. BrPromotion 品牌推廣:
Organize exhibitions, technical seminars,marketing campaigns to enhance brawareness.策劃行業展會、技術交流會等活動,提升品牌知名度。
5. Cross-functional Collaboration 跨部門協作:
Coordinate with product, technical,logistics teams to deliver customer solutions.協同產品、技術及物流團隊,高效滿足客戶需求。
Qualifications 任職要求:
1. Education & Experience 學歷與經驗:
Bachelor’s degreeabove in Marketing, International Trade, Electrical Engineering,related fields.本科及以上學歷,市場營銷、國際貿易、電氣工程等相關專業。
2. Language Skills 語言能力:
Fluent in English (working proficiency; IELTS/TOEFLinterview test required).英語流利(需提供語言成績或通過面試測試)。
Proficiency in MalayArabic is a plus (basic communication skills verified via interview).掌握馬來語或沙特語者優先(需通過面試測試)。
3. Professional Skills 專業技能:
Familiar with international trade processes (L/C, logistics, customs)contract negotiation.熟悉國際貿易流程(信用證、物流、關稅)及合同談判。
Knowledge of local regulations (e.g., SASO in Saudi, SIRIM in Malaysia).了解目標國家行業標準與認證(如沙特SASO、馬來西亞SIRIM)。
4. Soft Skills 軟性素質:
Adaptability to long-term overseas assignmentsfrequent travel.適應長期駐外及高頻跨國出差。
Strong cross-cultural communicationproblem-solving skills.優 秀的跨文化溝通能力與抗壓能力。
