Manage the Daily Laundry Operations: Guest Laundry, Uniform, and Linen
管理洗衣房的日常營(yíng)運(yùn)，包括客衣、制服和布草
· To plan, organize and supervise the Laundry activities on a daily basis，Enforces policies and procedures in relation to the Laundry, trains and directs all talent within the section.
計(jì)劃、組織、管理洗衣房日常工作執(zhí)行洗衣房的各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度, 培訓(xùn)和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)部門(mén)內(nèi)人才。
· Supervises and coordinates the activities of all laundry and valet personnel engaged in the processing of guest items, house laundry/dry cleaning and pressing items.
管理和監(jiān)督洗衣房活動(dòng)，親身參與洗衣、熨燙工作。
· Assists the Manager Laundry in supervising and coordinating all activities within the section.
協(xié)助洗衣房經(jīng)理有效地完成工作。
· Ensure that guest items and talent uniforms are operation.
保證客衣和人才制服正常運(yùn)作。
· Properly cleaned and according to the corresponding laundry list.
根據(jù)洗衣單正確清洗衣物。
· Examine tears, stains and missing accessories due to processing and that these be remedied and replaced.
檢查破損，染色和丟失附件的衣物并將其縫補(bǔ)和替代。
· Promptly and efficient collection and delivery.
迅速和有效地收發(fā)衣物。
· Maintains quality in cleaning and finishing and sees to it that systems and procedures are being followed.
保證洗衣質(zhì)量和洗衣時(shí)間，檢查操作是否合符規(guī)范。
· Ensures that all equipment is used and being cleaned properly, refer to the Laundry Manager any unusual sound or defects of the equipment.
確保所有機(jī)器的清潔，如聽(tīng)見(jiàn)機(jī)器運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)有雜聲、機(jī)器停頓、運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)不良或損壞，馬上通知洗衣房經(jīng)理以上情況。
· Maintains daily production report and sees to it that all equipment used at its maximum output not necessarily over loading the same.
制定每日生產(chǎn)報(bào)告，確保設(shè)備的滿(mǎn)負(fù)荷運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
· Helps in marking, sorting, spotting, etc. whenever necessary.
如果需要，幫助打碼、分類(lèi)等工作。
· Ensures that the incoming shift is aware of the status of all assignments before the commencement of work.
確保當(dāng)班的人才對(duì)工作情況有足夠的了解。
· Checks and controls the quality of output from the Laundry as a whole.
檢查和控制洗衣房洗衣質(zhì)量。
· Ensures that the hotel linen and uniforms are properly processed at all times and that the section as a whole is profitable.
保證酒店布草和工裝的正常供應(yīng)，以確保部門(mén)利潤(rùn)。
