Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns. Process all guest check in/out accurately. Serves the breakfast and happy hours in executive lounge. Monitor executive lounge for seating availability, service and safety. Maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, tables, and other area. Prepare and serve hot, cold, and alcoholic beverages. Complete opening and closing duties. Forecast additional meal requirements and communicate special requests to the kitchen. Well control the food and beverages inventory. Document pertinent information in department logbook. Responsible for the daily 15 training and lead the shift. Assist Executive Lounge Manager to ensure a smooth operations in Executive Lounge.
