崗位職責(zé)
Role and Mission:
1、Routine report to Operation Manager, and Operations Director-South China.
2、Management in building layout and permit, facility, utility and maintenance.
3、Identify the critical tasks in maintenance scope, ensure SOP are deployed appropriately.
4、Lead the facilities improvement project to support the productivity & liability.
5、TPM deployment.
6、Improve exchange with maintenance network, learn from good practice.
7、Cost saving concept to achieve the company target.
8、Develop the production tooling.
9、Team work spirit.
任職要求
For Recruitment Purpose :
1、Bachelor or/ above in automation, machine, electrical engineering, etc.
2、Minimum 5 years working experiences, preferably as maintenance management in equivalent-size industry.
3、Able to work on complicated facilities with high HSE and quality standard.
4、Good documentation, communication and problem solving skills.
5、Good interpersonal skills with ability to converse at least in both English and Chinese.
6、Good world class view on manufacturing.
7、ISO 9000,14000, 18000 system management experience .
8、Injection/extrusion molding, tooling design, offset print skill.
9、Fluent in oral and written English.
